Ted sets the overall tone and direction of the company, handling all business matters for the studio and ensuring the creative team has all they need to be successful in developing top-quality titles. He brings over 14 years of experience in the gaming and software industry, and has shipped numerous AAA titles such as EA Sports' NHL Series, SSX Tricky, NBA Live, Fifa World Cup, Triple Play Baseball under a variety of roles from artist to programmer.Ted brings a valuable rare insight to what it takes from each discipline to building successful, top-quality titles. After EA, he joined A.C.R.O.N.Y.M. Games as a Senior Technical Artist and Director of IT for the development of NBA 2009 PS2 for Sony Entertainment. As the Founder & CEO, Ted will apply his diverse skill set to building a strong, coordinated team of creative specialists from each discipline that will release AAA games on mobile platforms.

Adrian Vershinin
Creative Director
Adrian joins the Genius Factor Team as the Creative Director after spending 8 years working in the video game and television industries. His body of work includes 4 titles that have sold over 16 million units and won numerous industry awards including the popular EA Games franchise Need for Speed, which has grossed well over $1.5 billion. Adrian has worked with such companies as THQ, United Front Games, Bugbear Entertainment, Relic Entertainment, D3 Publishing America, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, DC Comics/Vertigo and Electronic Arts.

Ross Young
Senior Art Director
Over a decade of experience at some of Vancouver's largest developers on franchises such as Electronic Arts' NHL & SSX, and Relic Entertainment's Warhammer 40K, has shaped his unique development philosophy revolving around team growth, idea exploration, rapid prototyping and relentless pursuit of artistic excellence. The sky is the limit, and no idea is turned away without thought.Traditionally trained, Ross' passion for art continues to inspire and challenge him to pursue topics for work and leisure. Knowledge in art history, architecture, digital painting, pop culture, CGI, and a healthy dose of pragmatism propels his desire to achieve new heights in game development. As Senior Art Director, Ross directs his talents toward the betterment of the art community at Genius Factor Games, lending artistic vision, organization, and support to the art team.

Brian Puls
Software Engineer
A recent graduate from the Art Institute of Vancouver Burnaby, majoring as a computer game programmer, Brian brings experience in C++., C#, ActionScript and Unreal Script. He carries certification as a computer hardware technician from Kwantlen College, and has worked for over 7 years as a computer tech and many more in farming and construction. Brian enjoys physics, engine programming, script programming, and AI programming.

Bryan Mitten
Marketing Advisor
Bryan has been formulating and executing strategic marketing programs for over 10 years, working with major brands like Intuit, Sierra Wireless, Intrawest, GlaxoSmithKline, General Motors, and many others. He has served as Senior Digital Marketing Strategist with TELUS, Western Canada’s largest telecommunications company, and later joined Lush Cosmetics as Internet Marketing Manager and North American Marketing Manager. A former board member of the International Internet Marketing Association, Bryan has also been a featured speaker at a variety of marketing industry events, has taught several educational programs, and has been recognized with numerous regional and national marketing awards.
